ComSource uses the TLC Software Suite, a web based asset management tracking software to manage customer assets. We ensure customer satisfaction by assigning a single main point of contact and dedicated support team to oversee the process from kick-off to close-out.
Once PCs reach end of lease, the equipment will be returned to ComSource. This piece of the process helps to eliminate clutter and storage concerns and the need for excess equipment on-site. We will also ensure proper disposition by ensuring tripe wipe auditing and following the DoD standards.
