The essential responsibilities of the Post-sales Voice Collaboration Engineer are to collaborate directly with customers, account executives and project managers in post-sales implementations and to work effectively across functions with other ComSource employees.
Voice/Collaboration Engineers are responsible for the Implementation and Support of Cisco Unified Collaboration Suite solutions for customers throughout New York State and the Northeast Region.

Voice/Collaboration Engineers are responsible for the Implementation and Support of Cisco Unified Collaboration Suite solutions for customers throughout New York State and the Northeast Region. Expertise in working with Products Such as: Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Contact Center Express, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center and a basic understanding of Cisco network technologies as it relates to the Collaboration suite.
