ComSource was founded in 1989 to fulfill the need in the technology business community for a company that could buy, sell, and lease large mainframe, disk, tape and peripheral computer equipment. Knowing that many users were looking for affordable, knowledgeable equipment sources, ComSource laid the foundation that is the basis for our company today. Flash forward… as new technology markets have been created, diversified, and expanded ComSource has also greatly expanded our product and solutions offerings. While IBM zSeries “mainframe” solutions and peripheral accessories are still a competency today we have tremendous skill sets in sectors to include all distributed server families, Open System SAN and iSCSI attached storage, mainframe and Open Systems backup and recovery systems, networking solutions both products and services, directors, switches, printers, desktop and mobile computing solutions as well as a wide range of high availability and disaster recovery service offerings. We not only sell and lease hardware, but we also provide a wide variety of IT management solutions that help our clients maximize the return on their technology investment.
